Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only when the hotel has issued confirmation through an authorised channel. Enquiries and payment screenshots alone do not establish a confirmed booking.
Rates and payment
Rates, taxes, deposits, payment methods and due dates must be confirmed in the reservation offer.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation, amendment, early departure and no-show conditions should be disclosed before a guest commits to a reservation.
Guest conduct and facilities
Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, property and applicable hotel rules. Facility availability and access may be subject to operational requirements.
